Application Developer/Data Scientist Intern

Campaignster will be a fully integrated platform which lets user analyse social trends (Meta, Tik-Tok and Google) and using them at the same time for forecasting how successful a marketing campaign is going to be.

It will harness the power of AI and Machine Learning to revolutionize advertising content management and optimization, delivering instantly intelligent insights and forecasts to prevent high testing budgets.

This role is an excellent opportunity to apply your knowledge of Data Science in a real-world setting, with the added benefit of receiving direct guidance and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend API integration with ad providers (Meta, Tik-Tok and Google)
• Develop frontend for application
• Develop an algorithm to predict whether the ad will be successful or not.
• Develop an algorithm to give users suggestions on ad visuals.
• Scrab data for dataset from the internet.
• Prepare data for training.
• Work collaboratively in an English-speaking team environment.
• Be actively involved in all stages of the application development lifecycle.
• Do other data related tasks.

Qualifications

• Current student in Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. The internship will be linked to studies and agreement between us, intern and university will be signed.
• Internship can be done in hybrid format, where student partially works from home, and partially in out office in Brussels (at least 3 days on premises).
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
• Good to have some knowledge about Convolutional Networks, Transformer modes, and LLM.
• Enthusiasm for learning and working with cloud technologies and AI tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in technology.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills (French/Dutch) as a plus.
• No prior professional experience required, but a strong passion for technology and learning is essential.

Our technical setup

• AWS as a cloud provider (DynamodDB as database, S3 as data storage, SageMaker for machine learning, Amplify for hosting).
• React as frontend framework and antd as UI library.
• Python (pytorch or tensorflow for model training).
• GitHub for version control.

• If you don't have a right for internship at your school, we couldn't make it work unfortunately.
