SENIOR FULL STACK .NET DEVELOPER

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with .NET for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. You’ll play a key role in modernizing the legal practice management platform, developing new features, migrating legacy systems, and applying AI-assisted development practices to maximize productivity. You will be part of a transformational project redefining the legal tech landscape, leveraging the latest Microsoft tools and AI accelerators, and working alongside a focused, talented, and mission-driven engineering team.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in .NET backend development.
Strong understanding of front-end development with at least two of the following: React, Angular, jQuery, TypeScript.
Understanding build, maintain, and debug RESTful APIs and microservices.
Advanced knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL performance tuning.
Experience with Entity Framework and ADO.NET for data access.
Experience deploying and hosting applications on: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), S3, RDS, and serverless platforms.
Reliable and communicative through Microsoft Teams and related collaboration tools.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using the Microsoft technology stack.
Develop responsive, maintainable front-end code using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Write secure, performant backend code in .NET (C#) for RESTful services and microservices.
Implement and maintain a service-oriented architecture with an API-first development approach.
Use Entity Framework, ADO.NET, and advanced T-SQL to manage and query relational databases.
Participate actively in agile practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Contribute to code reviews, system architecture discussions, and technical planning.
Apply AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) to increase development speed and consistency.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality, reliable code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Microsoft Teams and participate in regular product updates and technical discussions.

Nice To Have

Experience using AI coding tools to automate or accelerate development tasks.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure automation.
Experience with mobile app development (native iOS/Android or cross-platform such as Xamarin, .NET MAUI, or React Native).
Exposure to containerization tools such as Docker.
