Senior UI Designer

At Talenter, we're looking for a Senior UI Designer to join the remote team of a fast-growing digital agency. The mission: to help clients grow through the creation of innovative, human-centered digital experiences. This is a great opportunity to work on diverse projects across industries, alongside a collaborative and passionate team of professionals.

This role focuses strongly on visual design, but also values a UX mindset — someone who can think structurally, understand flows, and design with empathy.

📇 What You’ll Do

Design responsive websites end-to-end — from wireframes to polished UI — tailored to each client’s needs

Build and maintain design systems, components, and visual guidelines in Figma

Make impactful visual decisions using solid principles: typography, color, grids, and hierarchy

Analyze data through tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics to drive improvements

Participate in UX processes: user flows, wireframes, workshops, and client presentations

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and present your design solutions clearly

✔ What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in digital design (ideally web-focused)

Strong skills in Figma (components, variables, prototyping, auto layout, etc.)

Experience designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces

Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and information architecture

Great visual judgment and high attention to detail

Comfortable working in agile teams and fast-paced environments

Strong communication in both Spanish and English

A creative, empathetic mindset with strong problem-solving skills
