Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst to join our client’s team on a high-impact project focused on data encryption and key management. This is a functional role with strong exposure to the client, where you'll work closely with both business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and delivery of requirements.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has already started working as a BA and is ready to grow in a collaborative and technically-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements related to security and encryption features.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical tasks for development teams.
• Collaborate with engineers to break down and prioritize work during sprints.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Act as the main point of contact for aligning technical delivery with business goals.
• Represent the end-user’s perspective to help shape practical and valuable solutions.
• Continuously refine and narrow the scope of features to ensure timely, value-driven releases.
• Take ownership of specific components of the product related to the encryption layer.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in tech-driven projects.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Previous exposure to security, data encryption, or other technical environments.
• Ability to interact directly with clients and stakeholders, understanding both business and technical priorities.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, product layers, or encryption flows.
• Experience working with distributed development teams.
