Marketing Project Manager

Our client is a collection of B2B marketing agencies. We all work together to help marketing teams do more with less.

The team here all plays an important part as we pursue partnerships with more B2B tech clients than any marketing agency in the world. Our clients are small, scrappy teams at mid-size B2B tech companies. If you have experience in project management or marketing coordination for this type of client, you’re in the right place.

Responsibilities

You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to:

• Prepare initial drafts of marketing materials.
• Review marketing deliverables for quality and accuracy.
• Spec client deliverables and assign them to appropriate team members.
• Prepare weekly client email updates.
• Review project management reports, ensuring best practices are being followed.
• Serve as the point of contact for our production team across several clients.
• Translate action items from meetings into clear, actionable tasks for the team.
• Develop SOPs and documentation.
• Update process templates to match current standards.
• Conduct research for future marketing campaigns or questions that pop up from the production team.
• Work in tools like ClickUp and Google Workspace.
• Utilize AI tools efficiently to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
• Organize and maintain marketing and project assets in Google Drive, Frame, Markup, and other tools as necessary.
• Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Schedule and coordinate client and internal meetings, ensuring that agendas are prepared in advance.
