Protect What Matters – IAM Cybersecurity Expert for Leading Insurer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IAM Expert with a strong background in cybersecurity.

Tasks

• - Design and implement IAM frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• - Manage identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
• - Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise systems
• - Collaborate with CISO, IT, and business teams to define access control requirements.
• - Provide technical leadership in IAM projects and mentor junior team members.
• - Stay current with emerging IAM trends, threats, and technologies.

Profile and experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

5+ years of experience in IAM and cybersecurity roles.

Strong knowledge of IAM protocols and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP).

Hands-on experience with IAM tools

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their IAM services.

Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks.

Fluent in Dutch & English
