What You'll Be Doing:

As a Software Analyst at Reach-U, you will play a crucial role in understanding our software systems, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights to drive informed decision-making and improve our products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear and concise software requirements.
• Analyze systems and data to identify improvements and define requirements for new features.
• Defining and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Creating use cases, user stories, process flows, and other relevant documentation.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• Proven experience as a Business/Software Analyst or similar. 
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.  
• Experience with requirements elicitation and documentation. 
• Excellent English and Estonian proficiency (written & spoken).

• Experience with data visualization tools.
• You are keen on keeping yourself up-to-date with the improvements and developments in your field.
• You have the ability to dig into datasets and find something useful that can be transformed into a working solution.
• You have experience as a software developer, quality assurance engineer, data engineer, BI analyst or similar.
