Job Summary

Ingenico Labs is the innovation department from Ingenico Group. Think of ti a s a startup within a world leading company. As such, it is responsible to design and develop innovative payment product with a business orientation. We don’t do slides, we develop real innovation for real life client. Ilabs cover all the product development steps from, product conception, using design thinking or other advanced ideation technology to certification and client support. It also uses Agile or even more advanced development technologies and methodologies. Ilabs covers also Hardware, software and regulatory aspects.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Technology Innovation Director, you are in charge of :

• Participating in the product design
• Designing and developing innovative solutions including selection of technologies
• Writing and reviewing patents
• Managing projects and transversal teams autonomously
• Leading a technology watch

Education Qualifications & Experience Requirements

You have a Master's degree engineering School and/or University and at least 5 years of experience.

• Strong experience in Encryption and security
• Strong communication skills in English and French
• Proven experience in retail and payment field is a real plus
