Senior Data Scientist

Looking to build real machine learning features that make it into production, not just prototype and hand off?

You’ll be joining a product-led company where data science plays a central role in solving complex, domain-specific problems. They’re using ML, NLP, and automation to help users surface insights, streamline workflows and make better decisions faster.

You’ll work on a mix of internal and customer-facing projects, from classical ML models to NLP-driven features (with GenAI in the pipeline also). The team is collaborative, and there’s a clear focus on shipping usable, scalable solutions over endless experimentation.

If you’ve worked in SaaS before or just enjoy building things that actually go live, you’ll feel at home here.

What you’ll need:

• Strong Python skills (Sklearn, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.,)
• Hands-on experience building and deploying models in production (classification, regression, clustering)
• Solid grounding in NLP including text extraction, embeddings and topic modelling
• Bonus points if you’ve explored GenAI concepts/tools like RAG, LangChain, etc.,

Salary:

€70-80k

Interview process:

30 min intro call, followed by a short take-home which you’ll walk through in the technical interview. Final round is a mix of behavioural and technical.

Location:

They have monthly/quarterly meetups that you'll need to commit to in Dublin but the day-to-day is remote-friendly (or pop in as often as you want).
