We are looking for an experienced Oracle Siebel CRM Developer to join Accenture.

Required Qualifications (mandatory):
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Siebel CRM development (Ideally with IP17 or later).
Strong understanding of Siebel Data Model and architecture.
Good understanding of Agile Methodology (Scrum team working principles).
Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.
Strong communication skills, as the role requires frequent alignment across teams.
Desired Qualifications (advantage):
Oracle Siebel Certification (Developer or Consultant).
Experience in Siebel CRM integration with external systems (using SOAP and/or REST APIs), EIM or Siebel EAI.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Java will be considered an advantage.
Experience with Siebel Open UI will be considered an advantage.
Key responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize Siebel applications according to business requirements using Siebel Tools, Siebel Workflow, and Siebel eScript.
Customize and configure Siebel objects, including Applets, Views, Screens, and Business Components.
Participate in business requirements definition and clarification.
Provide accurate workload estimates.
Conduct system unit-testing to deliver error-free solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Siebel CRM applications.
