ESSENTIAL SKILLS | Technical Security Consultant / IT Security Specialist:

• Fluent English communication skills: Written | Verbal
• Hands-on expertise with security technologies, particularly from Cisco or Aruba
• Experience with cloud-delivered security services (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco, Aruba)
• Proficiency in security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), VPN, SSL, and SIEM
• Strong analytical skills for assessing and addressing complex security risks
• Ability to convey technical security concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Team-oriented approach with strong initiative and a proactive mindset

DESIRABLE | Technical Security Consultant / IT Security Specialist:

• Dutch or French language skills
• Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security) or Aruba Certified ClearPass Expert (ACCX)
• Experience with Cisco Umbrella, Aruba ClearPass, or similar cloud-delivered security solutions
• Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS)
• Familiarity with tools for data loss prevention and encryption standards
• Experience with compliance and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
