Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and developers to translate user insights and business objectives into impactful design outcomes.
• Drive the end-to-end design process, ensuring that each feature and interface delivers value and aligns with user expectations.
• Enhance and maintain the design system by contributing new elements or refining existing ones to ensure visual and functional consistency across platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability evaluations to inform design decisions and iterate based on real user feedback.
• Design for a variety of devices and screen sizes, ensuring responsive, accessible, and cohesive user experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in interaction design, digital media, HCI, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in UX design, with a portfolio that highlights your contributions to user-centered projects.
• Strong background in both qualitative and quantitative user research methods.
• Solid understanding of the full UX lifecycle—from discovery and ideation to prototyping, testing, and implementation.
• Experience designing web-based applications is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping (both low- and high-fidelity).
• Skilled in using design tools such as Figma.
• Comfortable facilitating collaborative workshops and design sessions.
• Familiarity with design thinking methodologies is a plus.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); French is a strong asset.
