Your next challenge
As a Manager / Senior Manager in Experience Design, you will guide organizations through the exciting but complex journey of adopting emerging technologies. Whether it's intelligent automation, GenAI, digital channels, … you’ll help turn ideas into real, human-centric solutions by leading or participating to activities such as:
- Drive ideation and trigger digital transformation
- Work jointly with our business transformation teams to capture client strategic objectives
- Implement innovation enablement programs such as academies, AI inspiration days, and hackathons
- Facilitate design thinking, ideation, and use case discovery workshops
- Guide clients in designing customer-centric strategies, product visions, and digital experiences
- Prioritize use cases and assess feasibility creatively
- Design customer and employee experience for client projects
- Reimagine customer and employee journeys using new technologies like AI, hyper automation, and low-code platforms
- Collaborate to map pain points and design seamless experiences
- Ensure strategic alignment considering AI explainability and accessibility
- Determine necessary functional capabilities to deliver the designed customer and employee journeys
- Work closely with technical teams to prioritize tasks and define a comprehensive roadmap that aligns innovative technology solutions with strategic goals
- Lead the experience design capability
- Participate in developing Deloitte's digital transformation offering
- Produce thought leadership, maintain relationships with local design ecosystem and contribute to Deloitte’s eminence on the local market
- Translate innovation into methodologies and reference journeys
- Mentor and develop CX teams
- Promote a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement
- Drive cross-team collaboration between strategy, design, and technology
- Master’s degree in design, innovation, digital transformation or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in experience design (UX/CX) or product design
- Solid experience in co-creation and workshop facilitation
- Understanding the potential and limitations of AI, GenAI, automation, and data-driven solutions.
- The ability to connect the dots between the business, IT and their respective challenges
- Self-starter and proactive mindset, with the willingness to get things done
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different contexts and industries
- A collaborative mindset; you enjoy sharing knowledge, working in multidisciplinary teams and growing junior team members
- Fluency in English and French; German or Luxembourgish will be considered an asset
- Agile delivery (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) knowledge is considered an asset
