About the Opportunity: We are creating a pool of Proof of Concept (PoC) and Platform Development Specialists for a new FWC Contract: EC-SG REFORM/2025/OP/0001: Provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member State. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and deployment of the Proof of Concept (PoC) for the SupTech Collaboration Platform (SCP).
• Ensure interoperability, secure data sharing (confidential and non-confidential), and cross-border functionality.
• Collaborate with technical teams and NCAs to validate selected SupTech use cases.
• Monitor platform performance and advise on scale-up potential.

Qualifications:

• Background in IT architecture, data integration, or supervisory technology platforms.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in platform engineering, product development, or digital public sector innovation.
• Strong technical knowledge of APIs, cybersecurity, and cloud-based services.
• Familiarity with compliance and supervisory reporting systems is essential.
