Senior React Native Engineer

We're on the lookout for a Senior React Native Engineer who can do more than just write clean code — we want someone who can lead, own, and deliver without excuses.

You’ll be building and scaling high-impact mobile applications, mentoring engineers, and driving the architecture of modern, high-performing apps used by thousands.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the development of cross-platform React Native apps
• Architecting clean, scalable, and performant solutions
• Working independently while collaborating with product and backend teams
• Mentoring mid-level engineers and setting high engineering standards
• Ensuring fast, reliable delivery — with no hand-holding required
• Solving complex problems with a focus on UX and performance

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years with React Native
• Deep knowledge of mobile app architecture & state management (Redux, Context API)
• Proven experience leading teams or projects
• Strong communicator, proactive thinker, and problem-solver
• Fluent in English

Bonus Points:

• TypeScript & native mobile (iOS/Android) experience
• CI/CD pipeline knowledge
• Startup or scale-up background
