Role Summary
We are looking for you, who want to take on the position as a Junior Project Manager/Project Coordinator in our captive finance organisation, TRATON FINANCIAL SERVICES. Reporting to the Head of the global PMO, this function is playing an active role in ensuring the success and continued development of the newly established multi-brand company and its strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities
Project Reporting and Review
Draft project review reports and presentations, including key information, commentary, and recommendations to support the review process and enable stakeholders to evaluate progress and agree on change.
Project Planning
Carry out delegated activities to support the production of workstream and project plans that identify and organize all the activities needed to deliver project objectives and that comply with the organization's project management framework.
Document Preparation
Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.
Requirements Management
Identify, elicit and document project/process requirements using appropriate modeling technique if required. Analyze requirements and validate with original users, eliminating confusion. Define the testing scripts and verification criteria to ensure requirements are met. Maintain documentation and traceability throughout project.
Stakeholder Management
Support stakeholder engagement by arranging meetings, events, and other stakeholder engagement activities.
Project Risk and Issue Management
Contribute to the management of risks and issues by maintaining and distributing project and program risk registers and issues logs.
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work and generate new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.
Project Scope Definition
Carry out research, workshops, and other activities to support the specification and agreement of project deliverables.
Contract Management
Carry out a range of contract management tasks.
Project Close-out and Handover
Draft elements of product documentation and user training to support handover to business as usual. Contribute to post-project reviews and identification of lessons learned.
Project Resource Management
Carry out delegated activities to support the deployment and effective utilization of project resources.
Personal Capability Building
Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinating and supporting our central project managers/Country leads in running the global expansion of TFS
- For assigned projects, assuring quality and transparency of critical project documentation including assignment directives, project plans, resource planning and dependencies
- Leading and managing smaller own projects and supporting Local Project Leads with structure, formats, methods and experience
- Supporting Senior project managers with project budgets, risks and implementing mitigation strategies for assigned projects
- Communicating project progress and status within PMO and to TFS management and additional senior stakeholders
- Support the Head of Global PMO with portfolio management processes
- Open-minded, ability to work in an international and diverse as well as fast changing environment, reliable, highly motivated and proactive team-player
- Experience working with and within heterogenous teams and specifically (global) projects
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- Relevant educational qualification, university degree
- Experienced in multi-channel transformation projects and change management is an advantage
- Experience from captive finance, a TRATON GROUP brand or a multi-brand environment is an advantage
