Senior .Net Developer

Salary: 1000 - 1300 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: elastic hybrid from Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (at least 1 day per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-level software systems. The work includes both greenfield development and enhancing legacy applications. The project aims to deliver robust, scalable, and secure software solutions to support critical business functions.

Until September, on-site presence is required one day per week; from September onwards, two days per week in the office are expected.

Responsibilities You'll Have

• Design and develop new features in enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and refactor legacy code to improve performance and maintainability
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of software quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA engineers and business analysts
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices
  
  

Expected competences and knowledge

• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework
• Expert knowledge of ASP.NET Core
• Solid experience with API development
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server for database design and development
• Skilled in working with and debugging legacy codebases
• Good grasp of object-oriented programming and clean code principles

• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Understanding of web application security principles
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts
