Job Description:

Argela is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Product Manager to lead the definition, development, and launch of cutting-edge products and services in the telecommunications and emerging technologies space. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, market insight, and strong communication skills to align customer needs, business goals, and engineering capabilities. The Product Manager will own the entire product lifecycle — from ideation and requirement gathering to go-to-market execution and post-launch evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Argela’s business objectives and industry trends
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive benchmarking, and customer interviews to uncover insights and identify growth opportunities
• Translate market and customer needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and use cases
• Collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, and design teams throughout the development cycle to deliver high-quality products on schedule
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact
• Manage the product backlog and participate actively in agile processes (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews)
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and sales enablement materials
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and ensure successful launches
• Present product capabilities to internal stakeholders, customers, and business partners
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies such as 5G, AI/ML in telecom, and cloud-native architectures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field); Master’s degree is a plus
• 3–5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role within the telecommunications, software, or technology sector
• Demonstrated success in leading products from concept to launch
• Experience with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of telecom networks, including 5G, LTE, core network architectures, and relevant protocols
• Familiarity with cloud computing, NFV (Network Function Virtualization), and SDN (Software-Defined Networking) is highly desirable
• Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish
• Confident in public speaking and delivering presentations
• Effective collaborator with a team-oriented mindset
• Results-driven with a proactive attitude and sense of ownership
