Group Chief Information Security Officer

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Strategic leadership of the Group Information Security Function
• Creation and Development of a Security Strategy & Framework, aligned to regulatory and business requirements
• Close alignment with the IT Information Security Solutions Team.
• Alignment with Enterprise Risk, Business Continuity and Data Protection
• Ownership of Security Governance and Policy
• Reporting to management on progress with security improvements and advising on new threats and risks.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and regulators.
• Manage security communication in the event of a security incident

Your skills and experience:

• Extensive experience in a senior information security role, including leadership positions (CISO, Director of Infosec, etc.)
• Proven experience in managing cybersecurity within a financial services company, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in working within the Second Line of Defense, providing independent oversight and collaborating with the First Line of Defense to address security risks.
• Strong track record of leading teams in the development and execution of security strategies, risk assessments, and compliance programs.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security issues to senior executives, the board of directors, and regulators.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while maintaining an independent oversight role in the Second Line of Defense.
• Ability to translate technical security concepts in business terms.
• Experience of risk management and incident management
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Fluency in English
