To join us as a Data Analyst you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in field (mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering etc.)
• Minimum 2 years of non-internship experience
• Excellent Data Storytelling skills
• Growth mindset. You seek out learning opportunities for yourself and the team.
• Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills
• Can do attitude and being proactive in solving problems
• Able to think from a business unit's perspective and contribute
• Proficiency with Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel is a must
• Being curious and interested in new data technologies (GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents etc.)
• Excellent SQL knowledge

You will:

• Ability to turn data into actionable insights using various big data analytic frameworks.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and develop interactive dashboards, reports.
• Provide technical expertise data visualization and presentation
• To create, analyze and share ad-hoc, daily, monthly and annual reports with relevant units
• Interpreting the analysis of the periodic and current campaigns and reporting them to the relevant units
• Working closely with Growth, Product and Business Management teams
• Creating useful reporting models for the needs of the teams, evaluation of reporting requests and producing solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in marketplace, product analytics and marketing segmentation
• Experience A/B testing and interpreting results
• Experience in Business analytics
• Experience with building interactive visualization and BI platforms (Tableau / Power BI, Metabase / QuickSight etc.)
