Fullstack Software Engineer - Data & AI

👋 Hey there! We’re Attensi – a tech company born in Norway with a passion for gamified simulation training. Since 2012, we’ve gone global, and today our solutions are used by some of the world’s biggest brands in 150+ countries and 50+ languages.

We combine gamification, realistic interactive scenarios, and decision-driven dialogues – all powered by our own game AI – to create immersive, hands-on learning experiences. It's a radically new way to deliver high-impact training that scales across large organizations and actually sticks.

We work with some of the world’s largest brands in energy, retail, hospitality, pharma, professional services, and more – including Circle K, The Boston Consulting Group, PwC, Accenture, KPMG, ABB, Zurich, and Novartis. We are currently over 240 Game Changers across Europe and the US – with 140 of us based in our HQ in Oslo.

We're now seeking a developer who understands both code and context — someone who can build interfaces that make data actionable.

We’re building a next-generation analytics platform that helps users explore, interpret, and act on complex datasets with ease. Your work will shape the interfaces that turn this data into real impact for our clients.

This is a fullstack role with a strong frontend focus — ideal for someone who loves building user-first data products, learns fast, and thrives at the intersection of design, data, and AI. You’ll be a key part of a nimble, cross-functional team, collaborating with backend services and our data platform team to create seamless, high-performance web experiences. We value velocity, clarity, and autonomy — and we’re looking for someone who does too.

You'll

• Build intuitive, data-rich interfaces that support deep exploration and storytelling
• Translate complex data structures into clean, interactive UIs
• Contribute to AI-driven product features that surface insights and drive decisions
• Collaborate closely with backend and data teams on architecture and APIs
• Write scalable, maintainable code focused on user value and performance
  
  

The stack you'll work with: We use a modern, evolving tech stack. You don’t need to know it all — but you should be eager to learn fast and go deep when needed:

• Frontend: Vue 3, TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js, C#, .NET
• Data: PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Docker, data visualization tools
• AI & Analytics: Tools for structured data handling and model integration

• A frontend-leaning fullstack engineer who’s built complex web-based apps — ideally with a data or analytics focus
• Curious, resourceful, and fast-learning — you pick up new technologies quickly and thrive in fast-moving environments
• Comfortable navigating both frontend and backend architecture, and how they fit together to deliver value
• Passionate about building clean, understandable interfaces that empower users
• Excited by the opportunity to work on AI-native tools and help shape how people interact with data in the future
• A team player who collaborates closely with engineers, designers, and product thinkers
• You’ve owned product features end-to-end and enjoy shaping not just the ‘how’ but the ‘why’
