Responsibilities

• Analyze performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas of improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance metrics.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Conduct root cause analysis to understand performance issues and propose solutions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of performance measurement frameworks.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and adjust strategies as needed.
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or performance analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
