Role Overview

They are looking for a Product Analyst to drive data-informed decisions by tracking user behavior across digital platforms. This role will deliver actionable insights to improve the user journey and support product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior across web and mobile platforms.
• Design and maintain event tracking plans.
• Define and monitor product metrics and KPIs.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build dashboards and reports to share findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Product Analytics or Data Analysis.
• Proficiency with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
• Experience working with cross-functional product teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital product environments.
• Knowledge of A/B testing or experimentation frameworks.
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping or UX analytics.
