Lead Dotnet Developer

Role Overview:

Hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise in .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will lead by example—actively contributing to code along with the frontend and backend developers. Working under the supervision of a Technical Architect, the Technical Lead will ensure that design and implementation adhere to best practices, performance standards, and industry compliance requirements specific to the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using .NET core technologies. (C#, ASP.NET)
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Architect to translate architecture and design specifications into working solutions.
• Guide and mentor a team of backend and frontend developers through code reviews, design sessions, and agile ceremonies.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code across the stack (backend and frontend).
• Ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, security, scalability).
• Work with DevOps and QA teams to streamline CI/CD processes, testing strategies, and deployment pipelines.
• Participate in requirement analysis and estimation during sprint planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA or HL7, where applicable.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to .NET and healthcare IT.

Qualifications:

• 9+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET stack (.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#).
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture, and Entity Framework / EF Core.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, NoSQL databases (MongoDB), and database performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vaults, Azure DevOps) or other cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with version control tools like Git, and build tools such as MSBuild or Azure Pipelines.
• Understanding of HL7, FHIR, HIPAA standards, or other healthcare interoperability protocols is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and codmmunication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
