- Understanding of Service Reliability best practices
- Have understanding and experience in Reliability Engineering covering cloud, server, storage, networks, virtualized environments, applications, databases and associated tool sets

- Understanding of monitoring/telemetry solutions for MicroServices , Custom Alerting
- 6 years experience as lead technical role in large enterprise wide projects
- 4+ years in operations or software engineering or Reliability Engineering role.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field is highly preferred; however, equivalent work (6+ years) experience in Reliability Engineering will not be overlooked.
- Ability work on a team as well as complete projects and tasks individually
- Hands-on, self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Analytical, collaborative, and written communication skills will be required
- Passion for problem solving and strategic thinking and a desire to own and execute
- Excellent experience working with banking services and distributed systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical peers and business customers
- Ability to demonstrate strategic, data-driven thinking combined with efficient implementation
- Passion for technology as well as helping customers and team members
- A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks
- Stay abreast of new technologies and practices to further enhance team capabilities and own skills

- Experience with project management or lead technical role in large enterprise wide projects.

- Extensive work experience with large sets of data and data analysis.
- Effective communication, Team-oriented interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with a broad range of people and roles, including vendors, Senior IT leadership and business personnel
- Previous success in technical engineering
- Coding experience beyond simple scripts
- Ability to program (structured and OO) with one or more high level languages
- Agile Development Model Experience

- DOCKER (Container RUNTIME Engine).
- NGINX (Performing webserver for Containers)
- Knowledge on ANSIBLE AUTOMATION
- KUBERNETES (Container Orchestration), HELM (Kubernetes Package Management)
- ENVOY & ISTIO (Service Mesh Data and Control Planes)
- HARSHICORP (Securing Credentials)
- Knowledge on MicroServices Fundamentals & Patterns, Monitoring the MicroServices , Custom Alerting
- Understanding of monitoring/telemetry solutions (Icinga, ELK, AppDynamics) for data ingestion and analysis
- PROMETHEUS (Container Infrastructure Monitoring), ELK (Log Monitoring), RUM (Real User Monitoring), GRAFANA Monitoring Dashboard Tool
- Mongo DB, Postgres, Oracle
- Experience with Atlassian suite of products
