Project Manager

Role: Project Manager

Type: Full-time & On-site

Location: Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities

Pitching & Proposal Development

• Review tenders/RFPs and prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and leadership to meet submission timelines.
• Maintain strong client communication and clarify project scope, branding, and expectations.
• Build mood boards and secure supplier quotations (minimum 3 per service).
• Negotiate costs and submit proposals for management review.

Client Management & Relationship Building

• Act as the face of the brand with both existing and potential clients.
• Ensure consistent, professional communication and service excellence.

Project Execution & Delivery

• Finalize budgets, secure client approvals, and manage LPOs.
• Lead team setup, scheduling, and project briefing.
• Oversee production, technical drawings, health & safety, supplier coordination, and on-site execution.
• Maintain documentation and ensure permits and indemnity letters are in place.

Post-Event & Reporting

• Conduct debriefs, collect feedback, and deliver insightful post-event reports.
• Maintain documentation and share minutes with stakeholders.

Additional Oversight

• Risk management, project tracking, quality control, and team mentoring.
• Proactive follow-ups on proposals and ongoing opportunities.

About You

• Proven 5+ years of UAE events agency experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
• Confident working with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
• Strong eye for detail, design understanding, and operational planning
