Salary: $200,000 + Bonus

Are you a Software Engineer with a passion for performance, stability, and reliability? What You'll Be Doing:

• Enhance system reliability by improving stability, recovery, and scalability.
• Implement observability tools to monitor system performance and ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Build automation and tooling to minimize manual intervention and enhance efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Software Reliability.
• Strong development skills in Python (or similar) & version control (Git).
• Experience in Linux environments and infrastructure management.
• Experience with observability tooling like Prometheus or Grafana
• Understanding and experience with Devops tooling is desirable
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
