Technical Security Analyst

🚨 We're Hiring! – Technical Security Analyst (Contract)

📍 Location: Hybrid – Downtown Toronto (3 days in-office, moving to 4 in September)

📅 Contract Duration: 5 Months

🕘 Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM (flexible to 8 AM – 4 PM)

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to access request queues
• Provision user access following defined processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve access-related incidents
• Escalate urgent access issues with appropriate business rationale
• Identify trends in provisioning and incident handling to improve efficiency
• Participate in process update meetings and maintain internal documentation
• Collaborate closely with global teams to support access governance

🧠 What You Bring:

• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, access provisioning, or helpdesk roles
• 3 years in IT support or Service Desk roles
• Solid understanding of IAM policies and controls
• Experience with ServiceNow is an asset
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• ITIL v3 certification (Foundations or Operational Support & Analysis preferred)
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain agile in high-pressure environments

🎯 Nice to Have:

• Cybersecurity certifications or coursework
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Macros, etc.)

• Clear communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable interpreting and applying technical documentation
