Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – AI & Global Expansion

About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing tech-driven investment group, is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development and global deployment of AI technologies, including generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and multimodal systems. You will shape the AI strategy, build a Silicon Valley-caliber team, and drive innovation across marketing and cross-border technology products.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Leadership

• Define and implement the company’s AI vision and roadmap.
• Oversee the development of AI infrastructure (computing, model, and algorithm platforms).
• Promote the industrial application of LLMs and generative AI in marketing use cases.
• Implement an MLOps system to ensure rapid R&D-to-deployment cycles.

Team Building & Global Leadership

• Build and lead a top-tier global AI R&D team from scratch.
• Form a cross-functional unit of AI scientists, MLOps engineers, and product architects.
• Prioritize recruitment from leading global tech companies (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon).

Product Commercialization & Global Rollout

• Lead design of core modules for AI marketing tools (e.g., generative ad engines, live-streaming automation).
• Supervise global deployment of AI systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR/CCPA and local data privacy laws.

Executive Collaboration

• Act as the CEO’s key technical advisor.
• Lead high-level technical negotiations with global partners (e.g., OpenAI, Mistral) and co-develop industry-specific models.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science or AI from a Top 100 global university.
• At least 5 years of full-stack AI tech management experience, from algorithm development to commercial deployment.
• Proven experience leading AI systems for large-scale products (10M+ daily active users).
• Preferably with a background in automotive AI systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing 50+ person cross-time-zone teams.
• Fluent in English, with strong technical communication and executive presence.
• Proven success in scaling AI applications for marketing or cross-border operations (must provide data-backed results).
