About the Role:

Job Title: Software Development Engineer Onsite in Seattle, WA or Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-quality software systems, services, or tools
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to deliver impactful features
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
• Own the operational excellence of the systems you build, including monitoring and performance tuning
• Contribute to technical documentation and help define engineering best practices
• Work with senior engineers to decompose complex problems and deliver iteratively

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in software development
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Kotlin
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design
• Experience building and maintaining scalable services, APIs, or front-end applications
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes, including CI/CD and automated testing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Exposure to data-driven development, analytics, or experimentation platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for learning and a growth mindset

Location: 100% Onsite in Seattle, WA or Los Angeles, CA

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100K/year- $130K/Year. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
