Game Developer

Responsibilities:

• Create tools to demonstrate behaviors in Open Worlds.
• Create both simple and complex examples that can be used both for creator samples and for AI training.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years game development experience.
• Must be proficient in at least one of the following: TypeScript, C#, or C++.
• Must be proficient in at least one of the following: Unity, Unreal.
• Ability to work independently with minimal outside supervision.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible – able to adapt plans and react to change in a diverse, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
• A habit of writing super-clean, encapsulated, testable, and well documented code.
• Experience with all phases of product development lifecycle, including requirements definition, specifications, development, test, product release, and sustaining engineering.

Top 3 Must-Have HARD skills:

• Game Development
• 3D Modeling.
• 3D Math.
• C# or C++ or TypeScript.

Good to Have Skills:

• Similar Game Development Role.
• Animation Tooling.
• Experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, or NavMesh systems.
• Familiarity with AI Navigation, Recast/Detour, or Game AI Techniques.
• Proficiency in 3D Animation tools such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
