Network Engineer

Akkodis is looking for a skilled IT Network Engineer who to help design, implement, and maintain an enterprise network infrastructure. This Network Engineer will work on-site 5 days a week in the Omaha Metropolitan area for a stable industry leader! Find out more below!

Pay range and compensation package: Pay/Salary Range: $40/HR to $65/HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and support Cisco-based LAN/WAN infrastructure
• Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, firewalls (Cisco/Palo Alto)
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Implement security measures and best practices
• Collaborate with IT teams on network projects and upgrades

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of network engineering experience
• Cisco certification (CCNA/CCNP preferred)
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPN, VLANs, QoS
• Experience with Cisco IOS and NX-OS environments
