Senior Dynatrace Technical Administrator

We have an urgent requirement for Senior Dynatrace Technical Administrator (Enterprise level application) in Banking Domain for our client in Oman

Experience in administering Dynatrace for enterprise-level applications---Must

Strong knowledge of Dynatrace architecture and deployment strategies.---Must

Expertise in creating advanced dashboards and visualization techniques, preferably in Gen-3 environment---Must

Proficiency in integrating Dynatrace with IBM-WAS, Weblogic, Jboss, IBM-MQ, and JMS.-----Must

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Dynatrace Administrator with a deep understanding of deploying, configuring, and managing Dynatrace to offer top-notch monitoring and optimization to applications and infrastructure. The incumbent will work closely with the development, operations, and infrastructure teams to ensure extensive monitoring coverage, proactive performance management, and rapid incident resolution. The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise and guidance to maximize the value of Dynatrace across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect Dynatrace SaaS solution with On-Prem active gates and synthetic gates implementation.
• Ensure proper deployment of Dynatrace agents and address any issues that may arise with the agents.
• Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace monitoring solutions for application and infrastructure performance management.
• Expertise in configuring tags, service detection, attribute configuration, and implementing SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
• Proficient in creating advanced dashboards using matrices, preferably in Gen3 version.
• Configuration of IBM-WAS, WebLogic, Jboss, IBM-MQ, JMS, and load balancing with Dynatrace for advance level of monitoring.
• Configuration of Synthetic monitoring.
• Development of application and service dashboards in Dynatrace , Configuration of funnel dashboard with USQL
• Create workflows to automate tasks and create alerts using Gen-3 platforms tools
• Configure notebooks using DQL & DPL
• Extension configuration and development.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in administering Dynatrace for enterprise-level applications and total 10 years of experience in large IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of Dynatrace architecture and deployment strategies.
• Proven experience in configuring tags, services, and SLIs/SLOs.
• Expertise in creating advanced dashboards and visualization techniques, preferably in Gen-3 environment
• Proficient in scripting and automation using python and NodeJS for monitoring and log management tasks
• Proficiency in integrating Dynatrace with IBM-WAS, Weblogic, Jboss, IBM-MQ, and JMS.
• Dynatrace certification is a plus.
