Job: Data Analyst

ODDITY is a consumer-tech company that builds and scales digital-first brands to disrupt the offline-dominated beauty and wellness industries. Brand 3 is our latest venture—currently in stealth—focused on transforming telehealth skincare by delivering personalized treatments for acne, hyperpigmentation, and more, through a powerful combination of AI, data, and medical expertise.
We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and business acumen to support the optimization of marketing spend, user journeys, and customer acquisition funnels. You’ll work cross-functionally with growth, product, lifecycle, and medical teams to build out the data foundation for a high-growth, consumer-first brand.
KEY FOCUS AREAS
● Monitor Product Performance: Analyze product and funnel data to ensure performance meets user and business expectations
● Deep Dive Analysis: Uncover patterns and trends across user journeys and cohorts to surface actionable insights
● Real-Time Issue Identification: Detect anomalies in real-time and support troubleshooting to maintain funnel integrity
● Insightful Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports that drive alignment across product, marketing, and leadership
● Strategic Project Execution: Drive high-impact analysis projects aimed at improving
conversion and retention
● Optimization Opportunities: Identify KPIs to improve, with a clear understanding of how they
impact LTV and CAC
Other Responsibilities
● Data Infrastructure Enhancement: Contribute to building and scaling product analytics systems from the ground up
● ETL and Data Pipeline Management: Collaborate on data ingestion pipelines to ensure
timely, accurate data
● Collaboration with Data Engineering: Ensure a seamless flow of information across data
systems and tools
● Performance Monitoring: Maintain and improve key metrics dashboards for daily operational
visibility
● Scalable Dashboard Implementation: Build dynamic, intuitive dashboards to visualize trends
and funnel stages
● Executive Support: Deliver data-backed insights for leadership, growth strategy, and
forecasting
● Innovative Opportunity Exploration: Spot behavioral trends and market signals that can
inform product or UX changes
● Ad Hoc Analysis: Answer critical business questions across acquisition, engagement,
retention, and monetization
● Commitment to Data Accuracy: Ensure clean, validated, edge-case-considered analyses
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, growth, lifecycle, and medical teams to
drive data-informed strategy
Tools you will use
● SQL (PostgreSQL / Redshift, including DDL and DML)
● Looker (LookML, dashboard development)
● Python (for data manipulation and automation)
● Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
● Excel
Requirements for the Role
● B2+ English proficiency (ODDITY's primary communication language)
● Experience querying data warehouses and analyzing performance data (SQL proficiency
required)
● Ability to explain complex insights simply and clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
● Experience executing cross-functional projects from idea to implementation
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Math, Statistics, Computer Science,
Economics, etc.)
● 2+ years of experience as a Data or Business Analyst, ideally in a DTC or eCommerce
environment
● Experience with at least one data visualization tool (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
