Hours: 40 hours a week

Insight Global is looking for a Golang Developer to work with one of our fastest growing clients in Hyderabad, India. This person will:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go (Golang)

• Implement efficient data models and database schemas in PostgreSQL

• Optimize database queries and ensure high performance for large-scale applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

• Integrate data storage solutions and ensure data security and compliance

• Architect, implement, and maintain microservices-based solutions.

• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers

• Work with DevOps to deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Contribute to technical documentation and best practices

Their main product that generates their revenue is Axiad Mesh - Identity Risk Management.

Their infrastructure solution is deployed in cloud, mixed between Azure and AWS, and also have same solution deployed in cloud is able to be deployed on premise for high security government contract environments. Most of customer base is cloud only and this is where their investment is. They leverage Java, Springboot, and Go. They are also looking into react native for the front end.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience as a software developer
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with Golang
• Experience with a large scale SAAS environment
• Public cloud experience delivering microservices with Kubernetes

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Kafka experience
