Lead Software Engineer

Lead Software Developer - Helsinki - up to 7000€/pm + Stocks

Our leading technology company focused on scaling consumer brands across the U.S. and Europe is seeking a Lead Developer to take charge of the technical team. This role will play a critical part in advancing their proprietary software platform that supports multi-channel growth and optimizes supply chain efficiency for global brands. You'll work in a collaborative environment with hands-on development and strategic leadership responsibilities, reporting directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee roadmap and backlog management for our platform.
• Manage a talented technical team and provide technical guidance to non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop our AWS infrastructure using the CDK library (TypeScript).
• Design integrations that support high-performance, scalable operations across a global supply chain.

Requirements

• Experience leading technical teams and managing technical projects.
• Hands-on development experience, with strong TypeScript and SQL skills.
• Solid AWS experience, including Infrastructure as Code (IAC).
• Experience in e-commerce and data pipeline development is a bonus.
