AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable data processing pipelines for machine learning workflows.
• Build and deploy intelligent decision support systems using state-of-the-art AI technologies.
• Develop robust Python-based software packages for training and deploying ML models.
• Create and optimize deep learning solutions, particularly for computer vision tasks using CNNs.
• Work with leading AI frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow; deploy models using formats like ONNX.
• Apply best practices from software engineering, including testing, modularity, and version control.
• Collaborate with analysts, domain experts, and IT/security teams to understand business needs and integrate AI solutions effectively.
• Rapidly prototype, benchmark, and evaluate new technologies to support innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Expert Knowledge (5+ years):

• Design and implementation of data processing pipelines;
• Design and implementation of AI/ML-based decision support systems;
• Developing software packages using Python;
• Developing Deep Learning solutions for image processing (e.g., convolutional networks);
• Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and deployment formats such as ONNX;
• Applying software engineering principles in real-world applications.

Experience With:

• Development of large language models or multimodal models combining text and image data;
• Building and deploying REST APIs and service-oriented components;
• AI development lifecycle platforms like ClearML or similar tools;
• Real-time object detection and segmentation models (e.g., YOLO).

Familiarity With:

• Windows and Linux operating systems;
• Git and version control systems.

Other Qualifications:

• University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field;
• Hands-on mentality and fast prototyping skills for technology evaluation;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions;
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
