UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled UX/UI Designer to join our tech team. In this role, you will create intuitive and visually consistent user experiences by combining user research with clear interface design. You will turn user needs into wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs while aligning with product goals and brand guidelines. Your work will cover the full design process from discovery and testing to developer handoff and implementation review.

🧠 User Experience (UX) Responsibilities:

• Understand user needs and behaviors through user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Create user flows and journey maps to visualize how users interact with the product
• Define information architecture and navigation structures
• Build wireframes and prototypes to explore and test concepts
• Test prototypes with real users to validate assumptions and identify pain points
• Collaborate with product and data teams to understand product goals and behavioral data

🎨 User Interface (UI) Responsibilities:

• Design high-fidelity user interfaces (layouts, components, visuals) based on brand guidelines and UX input
• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure visual consistency across the product
• Hand off designs to engineers with clear specifications and documentation
• Review implemented features to ensure visual and interactive fidelity
• Stay up to date with design trends, accessibility best practices, and platform guidelines

This role reports to the Tech team lead and is located in Nevele.

✅ Required Experience:

• Proven experience designing for web applications: End-to-end design of responsive web products, ideally within SaaS or e-commerce environments.
• Proficiency in Figma: Strong skills in creating wireframes, prototypes, components, and using design systems in Figma.
• Experience with user research and usability testing: Conducting interviews, testing prototypes, and integrating feedback into design iterations.
• Strong portfolio of UX/UI work: Demonstrates the ability to translate complex problems into clear, elegant user interfaces.
• Collaboration in cross-functional product teams: Working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
