Product Owner, Global Communications Technologies & Channels

Do you want to shape the future of communications at KONE using cutting-edge technologies?

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the development and management of technologies that power our internal and external communications, from Microsoft 365 and Adobe Experience Manager to social media channels. You will work at the intersection of IT and communications in a global, forward-looking organization, supporting the communications team in their day-to-day activities and long-term needs. The role is in Espoo.

In this role, you will get to:

• Proactively lead the development and facilitate the use of internal and external communication technologies, including Microsoft 365, Adobe Experience Manager, and social media platforms.
• Show us the way towards best-in-class communications with the latest technology. We are ready to raise the bar with you!
• Support the communications team in daily and long-term technology needs and challenges, acting as the single point of contact towards IT.
• Ensure that the technologies used by the communication teams, both globally and locally, are managed effectively end-to-end in accordance with the IT operating model and governance frameworks.
• Actively follow our technology partners’ roadmaps and evaluate the relevance and value of new trends, updates, and features for our communication channels.
• Develop solid data and analytics capabilities to bring visibility and enable data-driven KPIs for communications.
• Be responsible for the technologies used for executive communications (e.g. webcasts, online meetings, newsletters, and distribution lists).
  
  

This position is for you, if you have:  

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools for communications, Adobe Experience Manager, and social media channels and management platforms.
• The ability to thrive in high-pressure, ad-hoc situations (you stay calm and effective—even when sh*t hits the fan at a critical moment).
• A tech-savvy, solution-oriented mindset.
• A curious approach and a willingness to learn quickly and experiment with new technologies, such as applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) to communication activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English and the ability to translate between technical and non-technical teams.
• A degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology.
