An industry leader is looking for an experienced Product Experience & Design Manager to act as an Individual Contributor, to join their global product team focused on innovative digital solutions.

In this role, you’ll help define and deliver next-generation B2B experiences. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams—UX researchers, designers, engineers, and product managers—to build intuitive, engaging interfaces and maintain a robust design system.

You’ll create polished prototypes, reusable components, and visual assets that scale across platforms and regions.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years in UX/UI design, ideally in B2B or enterprise environments.
• Expert proficiency with Figma, including design systems and prototyping.
• Experience launching products to market and refining design systems over time.
• Strong grasp of user experience principles, component behaviours, and responsive layouts.
• Ability to balance visual detail with strategic product thinking.
