A Lead AI Product Engineer who can design, build, and deliver powerful AI solutions for real-world business needs—while mentoring teams and shaping product strategy.

This is a high-impact, central role in our fast-growing Industry 5.0 consultancy, where you’ll work with founders, engineers, and clients to turn business ideas into scalable AI-powered products.

What You’ll Do

• Translate business problems into practical AI/ML product solutions—everything from chatbots and automation to computer vision and optimization
• Lead technical teams (engineers, data scientists) in building, reviewing, and deploying AI/LLM solutions
• Review code, set best practices, and guide architecture across data science, backend, and full-stack projects
• Design product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with founders and clients—define priorities, scope, and business value
• Build and scale ML/AI features using Python and modern AI/LLM frameworks (transformers, RAG, vector databases, etc.)
• Oversee cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP), MLOps, data engineering, and infrastructure for reliability and scale
• Mentor and upskill other engineers; create a culture of quality, innovation, and fast iteration

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science/AI/ML (Python, LLMs, NLP, CV, etc.)
• Track record of delivering production AI/ML solutions (not just research/PoCs)
• Strong coding skills (Python mandatory; extra points for backend/full-stack skills)
• Product mindset: You think business-first, can estimate ROI, and build for users
• Leadership: Code reviews, architecture, mentoring, upskilling teams
• MLOps/cloud: Experience deploying/monitoring on AWS/Azure/GCP, containerization, CI/CD
• Communication: Able to translate tech to business (and vice versa); comfortable with clients and teams
• Proactive, curious, entrepreneurial: You want to build, own, and shape products

Bonus Points

• Experience with vector DBs, RAG pipelines, or building LLM-powered agents
• Prior work in Industry 4.0/5.0, manufacturing, IoT, or enterprise AI
• Experience growing or leading teams in a consultancy or agency environment
