Communications Project Manager

For one of our subsidiary companies, we are looking for: Communication Project Manager

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Work with the marketing manager to implement B2B marketing and employer branding strategies in the aviation sector.
• Create a B2B and employer branding strategy and implement it.
• Manage employer branding and B2B marketing campaigns by creating content for various solutions and channels, such as social media and other media.
• Manage social media and media ad campaigns.
• Write inspiring aviation stories, such as press releases, articles, and posts, in English (B2 and C levels) and Lithuanian.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, market trends, and competitor activity. Provide insights and recommendations for improving strategy. Continuously improve marketing strategies based on feedback and data.
• Manage part of the marketing budget and resources.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service team members to achieve marketing and business results. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements for the position:

• Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive them to successful completion;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various business leaders to leverage their insights and expertise in shaping marketing strategies;
• Good knowledge of English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken;
• Deep understanding of B2B marketing and Employer branding practices;
• Ability to create communication campaigns strategy & plan based on targeted groups’ and data;
• Ability to leverage social media and other communication channels;
• Drive for Results and Business Insight;
• Interest in innovations and ability to share and cultivate them.

Salary range 3300 - 3800 bruto
