Senior Full Stack Developer (Go + React)

We’re supporting an innovative B2B telecoms software business as they work to complete a major product rebuild, replacing a legacy PHP platform with a modern React and Go stack. After several years of foundational development, they’re looking for a senior full stack engineer to help push the project across the finish line—focusing on stability, core functionality, and delivery over UI polish.

You’ll join a small, technically capable team, working on a modular system built around Go, React, SQLite, and Linux. With 1 of 7 core modules complete, the priority now is rapid rollout, feature parity, and mentorship across the team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Build and deliver backend and frontend functionality using Go and React.
• Re-implement existing product logic in the new architecture, prioritising performance and delivery.
• Operate in a Linux-based environment, collaborating across backend and UI teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mid-level engineers.
• Support CI/CD integration and release cycles (Jenkins exposure is a bonus).

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years full stack experience working in product-driven environments.
• Deep knowledge of Go and React with TypeScript.
• Strong SQL experience (SQLite preferred).
• Proficiency working in Linux-based environments and version control (Git).
• Comfortable working independently and guiding others through complex technical work.

Nice to have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (especially Jenkins).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress.
• Previous exposure to B2B telecom or networking applications is helpful but not essential.

Contract type: Freelance

Location: Utrecht - hybrid

Rate: Competitive (senior level, negotiable)
