Business Analyst (Dutch Speaking) [F/M/X]

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative Business Analyst who is fluent in Dutch and English to join our team. This role is available for various locations across The Randstad and North Brabant. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders from diverse departments to understand business needs, analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver data-driven solutions that support strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• :Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Dutch-speaking and international stakeholders
• .Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements
• .Evaluate existing business processes and recommend optimization strategies
• .Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• .Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings and insights
• .Facilitate meetings and workshops in both Dutch and English to elicit requirements and build consensus
• .Collaborate with IT, project managers, and business units to ensure seamless solution delivery
• .Support the development and implementation of new systems and processes
• .Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations
• .Prepare clear documentation, including process flows, use cases, and training materials

Qualification

• s:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related fiel
• d.2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical rol
• e.Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) is require
