IT Project Manager

Wipro is urgently looking for an IT Manager for a contract role in Amsterdam area. We're looking for an experienced IT Manager to drive innovation, optimize processes, and ensure seamless service delivery across cargo handling, passenger services, and disaster recovery operations.

Location: Amsterdam.

Reports to: Director of Operations

Manages: 2 Application Administrators & 2 Onsite Support Engineers

What You'll Do

• Strategy & Governance: Shape long-term IT strategy, architecture, and policy. Align stakeholders and manage budgets.
• Process Design: Analyze and optimize business processes. Develop technical designs and system requirements.
• Service Delivery: Monitor infrastructure performance, initiate improvements, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Vendor Management: Oversee SLAs, manage external providers, and maintain strong networks.
• Cybersecurity: Lead data protection strategy, risk management, and authorization protocols.
• Project Management: Own project planning, execution, and reporting. Lead cross-functional teams.
• Leadership: Coach and develop your team. Drive recruitment and performance management.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and corporate standards for safety, sustainability, and quality.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (HBO+/WO).
• 5–8 years in a similar IT leadership role.
• Proven experience in logistics IT processes.
• Expertise in databases, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken & written).
