Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
• Support teams in planning deliverables and tracking progress toward goals
• Guide and coach teams on Agile practices and principles to improve performance and collaboration
• Identify and remove obstacles that hinder team productivity
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables
• Use Agile project management tools to track progress, manage documentation, and report on team performance
• Coordinate release planning and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes
• Foster strong communication and collaboration within and across teams
• Occasionally travel for workshops, team events, or stakeholder meetings
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
• Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile frameworks.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
• Experience managing complex projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
