Senior Fullstack .NET Developer

An international team is building a next-generation, AI-driven audit platform that’s transforming how audits are conducted for one of the world’s largest professional services networks. We’re looking for experienced Full-Stack Engineers who thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments and value quality, ownership, and collaboration.

Must-Have Tech Skills:

• .NET Core, C#, WebAPI, ASP.NET MVC Core
• React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
• Entity Framework Core, Redis, MS SQL, NoSQL
• MediatR, Dependency Injection
• OAuth, JWT Authentication
• Unit and Integration Testing (xUnit)
• Azure (App Services, Service Bus, Functions, SQL DB)
• Visual Studio, VS Code, Postman, Fiddler

Nice-to-Haves:

• Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD
• Security practices (OWASP, CSRF, XSS, etc.)
• PowerBI, SSRS
• Experience with design patterns and architectural thinking

Soft Skills & Mindset:

• Strong communication in English (B2+)
• Consultant mindset: proactive, solution-oriented, able to explain and guide
• Ownership mentality and high attention to detail
• Comfortable with feedback culture and team collaboration
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and escalate early when needed
