The CEE-BA Leadership Trainee Program at AstraZeneca is two year accelerated leadership development opportunity for early in career leaders that want to boost their career in commercial teams. Essential For The Role

• Up to 3 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, medical or market access teams (preferable in pharma, medical devices or FMCG). International experience would be a plus
• Higher education (desirable medical, paramedical, pharmaceutical)
• Growth mindset, willingness to take on new challenges and contribute your own unique ideas and skills, and ability to learn quickly
• Curiosity, proactivity, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Focus on development and ability to collaborate across various teams
• Excellent communication skills including fluency in English
• Driving license and ability to use MS Office (especially Excel, Power Point);
