Job Opportunity: Senior Deep Learning Scientist - SWEDEN

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden (3 days per week onsite) - MANDATORY

Contract: 6 months / Freelance

Role Overview:

Join us as a Senior Deep Learning Scientist where you will drive innovation in predictive toxicity modeling using cutting-edge deep learning techniques. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement advanced models that impact patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed exploratory data analysis for image and tabular datasets.
• Enhance model performance through feature engineering and augmentation techniques.
• Develop segmentation pipelines for multi-dimensional image data.
• Build deep learning models for predicting toxicity with confidence intervals.
• Collaborate closely with teams to integrate models into existing workflows.
• Optimize computational resources and deploy models efficiently.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Contrastive learning (e.g., DINO, SimCLR) for images.
• Familiarity with transformer-based architectures like TabTransformer for tabular data.
• Proficiency in PyTorch Lightning and PyTorch for model development.
• PhD in machine learning, computer science, math, or physics.
• Strong publication record in top-tier conferences or journals.
• Hands-on experience in training, debugging, and deploying deep learning models.
