We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our client’s project team on a 4-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will support business process analysis, gather and document requirements, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. This is a hybrid role requiring presence at the Astoria AVM office 2-3 days per week, with the remaining days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and gather detailed requirements
• Prepare functional documentation
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver appropriate solutions
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders throughout the project
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Support testing processes by preparing test cases and participating in test execution if needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in the insurance sector is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Upper-intermediate (B2+) English proficiency – both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
