We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our client’s project team on a 4-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will support business process analysis, gather and document requirements, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. This is a hybrid role requiring presence at the Astoria AVM office 2-3 days per week, with the remaining days remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and gather detailed requirements
- Prepare functional documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver appropriate solutions
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders throughout the project
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Support testing processes by preparing test cases and participating in test execution if needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in the insurance sector is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Upper-intermediate (B2+) English proficiency – both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
